When using Autodesk Fusion 360, we strongly suggest exporting the 3D model of your circuit board before spending any time routing it. After inserting the 3D model into the enclosure, the mechanical engineer can now move the electronic component based on any modification done to the enclosure. The edit-in-place capabilities in Fusion 360 allow the mechanical engineer to move parts using the PCB grid, with the added option to reflect the changes on the PCB in real time.
